I’ve been approached by other agency’s in the past and have always been hesitant because of my lack of knowledge of the industry as well as all of the horror stories of people being scammed. When I was approached by one of Urban Talents scouts I decided to take a shot and met with one of the agents (Alexa). She was professional but also personable. She immediately made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions which really put my mind at ease about signing with them. The trainings they offer through “Style Inc” are INSANE! (in a good way) Tina who leads/created the trainings has been in the industry for over a decade! and has so much knowledge and experience under her belt that she implemented into condensed bit size trainings that give you a head start in all aspects of the modeling/acting industry. All and all if you are new or have little to no experience in the industry, but are willing to put in the time and work. Urban Talent Management is not only the best way for you to get your footing in the industry, but also the best way to get a foot in the door!!

I learned absolutely so much through Style Inc. training, Urban talent management really does all they can to help prepare you for this industry. There was so much I didn’t know, but through the training I feel confident and ready to start getting castings.
