I Love Urban so far, I think a lot of people get hurt or confused about the whole thing. They aren’t just going to give you “jobs” They give you training and tips so that if you do get booked you are ready and trained. You need to practice a lot to be good! and that is with EVERYTHING. Don’t expect something out of it if you’re not willing to put in hard time and work. Everyone is sooo nice their and they always help me out if I have questions on ANYTHING they’re usually fast to reply too. They also give you advice and tips which I appreciate! I cant wait to see the possibilities and opportunities to come!!!:) 🙂 Much Love <3

I signed with Urban about a month ago and so far I have been very impressed with their professionalism, positivity, and feedback. I attended the style, body positioning, and character workshop taught by Tina through Style Inc. and felt this was time well spent. I walked away from this class with a better understanding of the industry, their expectations, and a framework for what I can improve on and practice to make myself more successful.

NOT a scam. The signing fee is not only a purchase you make for workshops, meetings, and a portfolio shoot, but it acts as insurance for the agency just in case you suddenly change your mind and don’t want to act or model. They invest time and effort into training you and booking you jobs, so if you’re serious about this profession, stick with them and you’ll be well off.

I have enjoyed my time at Urban Talent. I have learned so many things that I didn’t know before. The people there are interested in helping you succeed because they want to be able to send our qualified and knowledgeable talent. It takes time and effort to start a new skill base and they have set up workshops to help you succeed. I have spent many years working in the medical field and spent A LOT of money to become as proficient as I am. You can’t walk in and expect to be able to be famous, it just doesn’t work that way. That being said, there are lots of opportunities to work and practice the things you are being taught, you just need to take the time to look. You definitely can’t get anything for free, but with hard work, you can be the best money can buy.

For the few months I have been signed with Urban, I have enjoyed the people, the learning experiences, and the flexibility. They know what they are doing and they want you to book jobs. They let you know what you are getting into, how being a talent takes work and the process can be hard, but they immediately try to build a positive work experience to help you reach your goals. I’m excited to see where Urban takes me.

Urban has been able to open a lot of doors for me in the industry. They have the knowledge and do a great job at teaching it. They definitely hold there end up. Can’t wait to see what more will come out of it! Hard work pays off.
