Urban Talent has been a wonderful experience for me thus far. It has exceeded my expectations so far. I was expecting it to be one of those other types of companies that say all these things about them and never fulfill what they say. The entire team so far have been wonderful to work with and have done everything and more than what they say they’d do. They have wonderful people in place to work with. All the way from the front desk, directors, booking agents, and any other additional positions that are put in place to make things happen. They definitely know what it takes to make a professional image out of an individual and themselves! I’m very pleased with my time spent with Urban and am proud to be apart of the team! I’m so looking forward to what the achievements I can make with this magnificent talented team!

Urban Talent is a highly motivated modeling company. All of their staff is very helpful. Their staff always responds to my emails quickly. Urban talent Management is very honest. They’re quick to get one booked for the job! I love that they he genuinely care about me and making sure I’m making money. Urban Talent teaches you all the things you need to know, so you’re prepared for jobs and the things that are required of you. Thank you urban talent for having my family and I part of your agency!

Before you dismiss this review, here are a few things to consider. As stated in some of their complaint responses, Urban Talent Management is a booking agency, that is a separate entity from Style Inc. which serves the sole function of training new talent. Yes, there sign-on fee is not cheap at all, but it’s pretty obvious from the get-go that UTM has their stuff together. They are organized and busy and want their talent to succeed and do what they can to get them there. I’m realizing that you get out of it what you put into it, though. And they will be upfront about their fees, contracts, and so far it seems like they will work with you as long as you put the effort in!

Just recently started working with Urban Talent. I had no experience but really wanted to understand the business. The training and support has been outstanding. They have provided me the tools to be successful. I would recommend Urban to anyone!!

I absolutely was skeptical at first, anyone with a brain would be. But I took the plunge and jumped in and am so glad I did! Not even three weeks after signing and started my training did I book my first job. This company and the people who run it and run things behind the scenes are all amazing, talented, understanding, patient, professional people. They want you to succeed as much as they breathe. Summer, my director is funny, and always sending me updates and letting me know when things happen real time, Kendall and Tina are amazing booking agents that genuinely care about you and your success. 10 out of 10 would recommend this for anyone. It’s a lot of hard work and not just about “being pretty” you have to treat this like a full time job to get your results.
