Before you dismiss this review, here are a few things to consider. As stated in some of their complaint responses, Urban Talent Management is a booking agency, that is a separate entity from Style Inc. which serves the sole function of training new talent. Yes, there sign-on fee is not cheap at all, but it’s pretty obvious from the get-go that UTM has their stuff together. They are organized and busy and want their talent to succeed and do what they can to get them there. I’m realizing that you get out of it what you put into it, though. And they will be upfront about their fees, contracts, and so far it seems like they will work with you as long as you put the effort in!
