I have had a great experience with Urban Talent. I don’t know anything about this industry and they offer a lot of tools and training to help me learn more. I also receive daily communication from Urban with opportunities to work. I feel very comfortable approaching anyone I’ve dealt with at Urban to help me or answer questions. Everything I’ve needed so far has been available in-house. Lots of encouragement and positive environment.

I haven’t ever used an agent in Utah as I have had several bad experiences with modeling agencies. This led me to believe Urban would be the same…. I was so wrong. I have never felt more like a person with an agent than I have with Urban. Their personable approach and experience in interviews, communications and workshops have been unparalleled. They truly want you to succeed and teach you how. If you’re looking for someone to do ALL the work of YOUR business for you, Urban is not for you. If you’re willing to get training on the how to be a professional model and book work, then Urban is where to start. I have worked independently in the industry for several years and I learned more in their 2 day modeling development class than I have in the last 10 years. Yes, you have to pay to train, I haven’t ever taken a job that didn’t require training. The most incredible part of Urban’s structure is that, their training is for a lifetime. You can drop into any workshop and get the tools you need. It’s like a home, they’re in it for the long haul… molding and shaping is their expertise.

This is a wonderful agency to be a part of. The Urban Talent team does a phenomenal job of preparing talent to be professional and successful. They help you develop the necessary tools and techniques to do well in this industry. I love working with Urban. I would recommend it for anyone who is interested.

Tina was great w the Style Inc. training. She’s very patient w us and runs things thru clearly and is wonderful to work with!! Along with Camilla and Kendall. There’s so much to learn and it’s fun as well going thru these trainings.
