I haven’t ever used an agent in Utah as I have had several bad experiences with modeling agencies. This led me to believe Urban would be the same…. I was so wrong. If you’re willing to get training on the how to be a professional model and book work, then Urban is where to start. I have worked independently in the industry for several years and I learned more in their 2 day modeling development class than I have in the last 10 years. Yes, you have to pay to train, I haven’t ever taken a job that didn’t require training. The most incredible part of Urban’s structure is that, their training is for a lifetime. You can drop into any workshop and get the tools you need. It’s like a home, they’re in it for the long haul… molding and shaping is their expertise.
