I have been with Urban for a few months and so far it is going good. My recommendation for anyone who is looking to sign with them is that when you have your first meeting with your director, take the time to ask questions before you sign. I have enjoyed my time with Urban Talent and I am looking forward to all that I will achieve with them, but if I had to go back, I would have appreciated giving myself sometime to fully comprehend what I was taking on. Other than that, everyone is extremely helpful and you will learn a lot 🙂
